Loved my purchase! I had a mix up with personalization (on my end). I messaged the seller and she replied and assured me it would be taken care of, within minutes of me sending her a message about my mistake. Our friends child had heart surgery the week before and this meant a great deal to them when they received it. Their child loves it and carries it every where he goes. I am grateful for this seller and the comfort she was able to help me provide to our dear friends.
