It has been a long time since I've posted so I decided it was long past due! The fact of the matter is, life has been busy. In the past year Kikilishop has grown rapidly and it is becoming a lot to handle. It is still a two person operation; myself and my wife - Marcia. We are making and filling orders 7 days a week. Everything is a learning process. Running a small business comes with a lot of new challenges. You have to understand business, marketing, sales trends and so much more. Trying to balance everything is the hardest part for me. We have products that make a lot of kids happy and we want to continue growing that because we feel they really do make a difference. We are incredibly thankful for having so many great customers that continue to give our small business a chance. In a world with Amazon and next day shipping, trying to compete is difficult to say the least. We put customer service ahead of everything because as consumers ourselves, we feel good customer service is almost a lost art these days. We are trying to bring it back. Kaylee just turned 8 and our son Liam turns 6 next month. They both continue to thrive. Having a son with autism also comes with a large learning curve. We work hard and do our best to try to best understand his wants and needs. We just want to give them both great lives as any parent wants to do. Anyways, I will try to post more in the future. I'll try to not let the year get away from me in 2024!
